RETURN POLICY: Our return policy is simple, we call it the “No Ulcer Return Policy”. We want purchasing from CLL as easy and worry free as possible. Any stock item purchased from California Landscape Lighting can be returned for Full Credit within 30 days, no questions asked. Since our Contractor Price List contains only stock items, everything listed can be returned for any reason and in any condition. After 30 days you can still return stock products but a few conditions will apply,we call this our “No Hassle Return Policy”. Remember special order and non-stock items cannot be returned.

WARRANTY/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you find yourself with any type of defective product, contact our office. We work closely with our manufacturers to offer the best customer service in the industry. Often we are able to do an “over-the-counter” exchange for the defective item. Prior to returning any product, contact our office for a RGA number.
