Dave McWilliams

Founder and Owner Dave McWilliams, Founder and Owner of CLL, began his journey in landscape lighting as a landscaper installing sprinkler & irritation systems in the early 60’s. One day he decided why not just sell the lights? Along with Bill Locklin, the founder of the 12V lighting system & Nightscaping, Dave opended up California Landscape Lighting, the first of its kind. Dave currently resides in Westlake Village with his wife Marian of 50 years.

Herb Dizon

Herb Dizon is an experienced and invaluable member of CLL sales & technical support. With 28 years of experience in the lighting industry plus a background of computer engineering, he is our go to for challenging systems. Herbs specializes in designing landscape lighting systems. Herb and his wife live in Newbury Park and have two children.

Clay Martenies

Clay Martenies has more than 30 years experience in the lighting field. He began with the firm by digging ditches and installing fixtures when California Landscape Lighting had an installation division. This hands-on background had made him an expert on system installation and troubleshooting. Clay and his wife live in Moorpark and have four children.

Dale Roleder

Dale Roleder -With over 25 years experience in outdoor lighting, Dale has held many hats with CLL, beginning with sales to customer Service to purchasing. Due to his vast relationships with the manufacturers, he is our problem solver and takes pride in putting the customer first to solve any problems that would arise. Dale and his wife live in Thousand Oaks with their two children.

Kim Dizon

Kim Dizon has been with CLL for 28 years, working her way from Office Manager to her current position of CFO. Kim’s primary job is to oversee all financial operations of the company, from A/R, AP, & general Ledger as well as handle Human Resources and staff. In her spare time her hobbies include dirt bike riding & Rv’ing. She resides in Newbury Park with her husband & three dogs
